Captures and holds outgoing emails.
Configure your application to use mailcatcher.sv200.bristol.helastel.net as an authenticated SMTP server.
When the system receives an email, it will save it, but won't deliver it to the original recipient.
You can then login to the interface, view the full content of the email and then either delete it, forward it on to a different email or release it to the original recipient.
Access can be restricted, so that a user logging in can only see emails originating from a particular site (based on the credentials it used to login to the SMTP server).
